Cooking in Norway

Seems a pity to dirty 2 pans to eat a raw egg.

Its a good thing only one pan was dirtied in the prosess then.

Skip the eggs and eat the pickled fish instead.

I suppose you could look at it that way
One on the top 1/2 and the other on the bottom 1/2

The raw egg goes on top the sursild, sour ( pickled) herring or shrimps. :shrimp::fish::slightly_smiling_face:

True, but it would be a lie,it’s a pan and a cookie cutter. I’m just surprised no one got the humour behind this. You know,so hot out an egg will cook. Ja vel.

I absolutely got the humour…missed the cookie cutter part though. :unamused:

I thought it was a pan inside a pan attempting to use the outer pan as a solar unit to collect heat to cook the egg…and failing miserably.

Sour pickled fish and sea food is delicious!

Oh yes…I got the humour!
