Comments from people saying “you’ve lost enough”

it seems so obvious, doesn’t it? What’s changed in that timeframe? Lots, but a very significant thing is industrialised food.

Yeah. My grandparents had their own dairy farm, as did lots of folks.

A friend came over last night whom we haven’t seen for about 7 months. It was seriously difficult for her to see my hubby. She said it was like looking at a completely different person whom felt like a stranger. She is one of our dearest friends. Took her quite a while to be able to relax  He has lost 50kg in only 8 months. His body looooooves keto/carnivore.

i’m going to date myself here but… When I was starting to notice the opposite sex, the preferred ladies physique was that of Marilyn Monroe. As time progressed and the video media became more popular, there was a slow shift to thin model types like Kate Jackson, Jacklyn Smith, Farrah Fawcett, etc. The trend to thinner continued for some time until the female gender raised enough noise (backed by drastically increasing anorexia and bulimia cases) that the media started catering in a small degree to the somewhat larger demand from viewers. This increase has continued at a slow progression since and the general public (in my opinion) has accepted it along with the increasing acceptance of a larger size as the norm. Sad that the media has this ability. The internet has been a very viable defense to counter this and I hope it continues to build and the media recognizes the benefits (health) and joins in the efforts to spread the word.

I have been working at this for some time now and still have over 100 lbs to go before I can even guess what my goal weight will be. So I won’t hold my breath waiting for someone to tell me that I am too skinny. And meanwhile I’ll KCKO!:cheese::bacon::poultry_leg::avocado::coconut:

I get that “you’re no fun anymore” from a handful of people…I don’t seem to miss them all that much. Maybe a little…but not enough to do what they call “fun”.

I have been told that by 99.9% of my family. I just tell them that I’m healthy for the first time in years, I am off two blood pressure medication’s. And my energy level is tripled.
