Colorful keto dish

Chicken thighs marinated in a Hoisin/sesame oil/soy sauce 24 hours and grilled!
Steamed broccoli, sauteed mushrooms and spinach. Sure, there are some carbs here but not too many. What is doesn’t show is the second chicken thigh I ate. The sauce is the carbiest thing on the plate and I am not sure what happens when it cooks and sears.

Oh I have so missed my Hoisin sauce/black bean sauce,So yes my first thought was Oh the carbs in those beloved sauces???

Yes, the sauces are made from fermented soybeans, five-spice powder, garlic, red chili peppers, and sugar.

Carby but you really don’t eat much

Carby but you really don’t eat much of the sauce and searing the meat must do something. Hopefully good.
