Chicken thighs marinated in a Hoisin/sesame oil/soy sauce 24 hours and grilled!
Steamed broccoli, sauteed mushrooms and spinach. Sure, there are some carbs here but not too many. What is doesn’t show is the second chicken thigh I ate. The sauce is the carbiest thing on the plate and I am not sure what happens when it cooks and sears.
