Coffee creamer help

coffee

So I am trying to create a coffee creamer that, that is both creamy and slightly sweet. I have the carb manager app and I did get the premium edition for all the wonderful features it has and I tried to input in a mixture to see if it would be decent but I think I messed it up.

So what I used was a half gallon of almond breeze and coconut milk. A can of organic coconut milk and a small can on sweetened condensed milk. So I have all of this added to 1 pitcher for just coffee creamer but my problem lies in the numbers I placed on the carb manager app.

I tallied up the totals off all calories, carbs, and so on and so forth but when trying to do the messurament for it I come up with an off the wall numer for 2 tbsp and a really low number for 1 fl oz. Can I splease get some help in the calculation or entry to see where I messed up.

I am still edging myself into to the keto diet and trying to stop and take away the cards in 14 days and I have a about a week left but coffee creamer was a portion or my daily carbs so I’m trying to find a way to curve the creamer with added sugars and create a more naturally creamer that has a flavor, is semi sweet minus all the carbs and suger, and can be made in bulk.

I have done stevia but it either end up to sweet or bitter and alters the taste of the coffee to something undesirable for me

You can try using:

It has an Add Recipe feature where you can plug in all of the ingredients and it will figure out the totals for you.

I plugged in 8 cups unsweetened Almond Breeze, 2 cups organic coconut milk and 1 cup sweet condensed milk… then converted the full recipe into grams and since 2 tablespoons is 28.3 grams, it came out to this:

Nutrition Facts

Serving Size: 28.3 × g
Calories 22.4 kcal
Total Fat 1.8g
Saturated Fat 1.3g
Trans Fat 0g
Cholesterol 0.6mg
Sodium 23.8mg
Total Carbohydrate 1.2g
Dietary Fiber 0.1g
Sugars 1g
Protein 0.4g
Vitamin A 1%
Vitamin C 0%
Calcium 6%
Iron 0%

Besides cronometer doing all the math, you can save the recipe at this serving size so when you want to add this to your daily tally, you just enter the name of the recipe.

That’s really nifty! Thank you for sharing that, CarlKeller.

That app works great at calculating. At what I put in my coffee with the exact ingrediants it is 2.3 carbs and 1.9 net carbs so that worked out perfectly.

I hope to lose the sweetened condensed milk and replace with something better here soon.

I have tweaked the recipie even more now. I have lost the sweetened condensed milk and replaced with splenda naturals, added more heavy whipping cream and it now makes a whole gallon. I have also got it in carb manager and it is 0.5 net carbs per ounce and 68 carbs per gallon. I added a teaspoon of cinnamon for the health benefits and some pure vanilla extract for a different flavor if desired. I have now officially been on this diet for about a month and I have lost 40 pounds. With eating healthier, and the right combination and exercise it has been great.
