Thank you for the discussion. I used to drink about 30 cups of coffee a day; my boyfriend says “This explains a lot.” Then I cut back to about 10 (no coffee after noon) and am now down to about 5. If that gives me 5 g of carbs, plus another 5 from cream, so be it. I don’t eat veggies (salads, broccoli, etc.) any more, so I have some leeway to allow for the things I really want.
I just always assume anything on livestrong is a lie because #lancearmstrongisasociopath
I hate livestrong because they always have a video playing. When I had expensive Internet and had to avoid videos, this was a real turnoff. I still hate it because the “video of the day” is the same one they were playing a year ago. Sheesh.
