Any suggestions for an alternative to coconut oil for baking?

Butter? I use the two interchangeably

In any recipe that calls for vegetable shortening, substitute lard, tallow, or butter. You can use butter to make a pie crust, but lard is even better. (If you have a wheat-free pie crust recipe, please send me an instant message?) In recipes that call for a liquid oil, use olive or avocado oil.

I’m also allergic to coconut… any ideas for swapping out coconut flour? I’ve been told using Almond flour instead makes things lumpy!!! Anyone else try something?
