For lunches you could make fathead dough and press thin like crackers and bake then put it on top. Or make a mini sandwich cracker type thing out of it. Add maybe a little almond butter on it too. I use fathead dough to make crackers often so it is what I do. Eat it like cream cheese.

Ya used to do it in a pan with oil so just tweaked and through in the foodi, I’ve found a bunch of good ones on youtube and have a cookbook on the way. I’m trying to relearn everything as they seem to cook stuff a little faster than the instant pot did so at first I was over cooking stuff.
