I had some clotted cream left over about a week ago. I made chocolate mouse, and it was OK. Then I was looking at the brandy cream we bought for the Christmas pud. Got me thinking, so I added brandy to some double cream and mixed it with the mouse, treated really good and certainty have me a merry feeling!
