A little input on chocolate please… I was package reading to pick up a bar of chocolate to chop bits for some cookie dough fat bombs. Even though lily’s was available, I must have misread packaging but the Lily’s when I read it looked higher in net carbs than the below linked item… so I bought it. I figured that the sugar was low enough. Now I am not sure I should use it? Would a small chunk of this, chopped up and dispersed through 10 or so cookie bites be the end of the world?

it’s not the end of the world … but it IS sugar, whereas the Lily’s has Erythritol.

Got it. I guess I’ll just be sure it’s a very small amt for this and going forward will make a different choice.

So it’s 12g carbs for the whole bar. If you can get 12 cookies, that’s 1g per. i would think you’re fine, especially if you’re solidly keto. Yesterday I had my first mindful cheat since 1/10 and had a beer. It was well worth any consequences but it did not throw me out of ketosis! I use Lily’s but unless you’ve tested your response to sweeteners, you may have just as much of an insulin response to the erythritol so don’t sweat it.
