Chicken Quarters

We have chicken with herbs, spices and salt. Sealed airtight and covered to prevent oxidation. Will invest in a vacuum sealer at some point but in 4 days I’ll eat! 2 days to marinade and then another day to slowly cook… Maybe 16hrs. Depends how hungry I am
