Can anyone suggest a quick and easy way of cooking chicken livers please? :grinning:

Butter pepper frying pan about 4 minutes maybe salt

I’d rinse the livers well and pat dry before frying.
I’ve also added leftover pesto. OMG. It was so yummy.

Chicken liver Pate is good.
Not as fast. But once done keeps very well in freezer. I freeze them in 1/2 pint mason jars.

This can be made with either chicken livers or grass fed beef liver. It is delicious with either one, and yah, you can freeze part of it.

Pan fried with:

  • mushrooms and double cream
  • red wine and rosemary
  • bacon and onion
  • thyme and onion

It would be interesting to try a “dirty rice” with grated cauliflower instead of rice! Now I’m inspired, thanks😋.
