Omg this is amazing. ! I’m sure it’s already been posted. But just incase.
Shredded chicken, broccoli, cauliflower rice & cheese
Heat the chicken, broccoli & cauli rice in a pan on stove with butter. Add to a casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top. Broil til melted and omg

It hit the spot. I sprinkled crushed red pepper on mine after I added to bowl and that made it better

They say you eat with your eyes first, and that certainly applies here. Nice pic.

You could also use that as a template.

Basically, any combination of low carb veggies with any protein.

And sauces could be added, like Alfredo or marinara.

For me, the important thing is the spices. I regularly use smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, ground ginger, black pepper, Himalayan pink salt, Italian seasoning, …, but sometimes chili powder or curry powder. Ground red pepper for spicier dishes.

I find that melted cheese on top of just about anything is delicious.

Will definitely make it again, that’s for sure. Having left overs tonight for dinner. Gave the rest to my mom. She is on day 3 of keto. So happy to have someone join me
