Cheeseburger no bun

Makes 4 serves

400 rump steak, minced and mixed with:
1tbsp tomato paste
1 egg
1/4 tsp chilli powder
1tbsp oregano
1 tsp onion powder
1tsp garlic powder

Form into 4 patties and cook to your liking.
Top with:
1/4 med red onion caramelised in olive oil
2 slices tomato
4 pickle slices
1 slice full fat tasty cheese
1tsp mustard
Diced jalapeños

Serve on a cup of shredded iceberg lettuce.

Would’ve been even better with bacon but I didn’t have the protein macros left :tired_face:
