I just had a dream that there was a study out there somewhere about dreams🙂
Before SAD
eat late
Had crazy Nightmares
Would wake up startled
Then often forget or relive later
Now LCHF
NEVER Eat late
I have vivid and more pleasant dreams
And I for the most part, can recall or remember them!
