That is a bowl of Jelled Eels from “F Cooke” in Hoxton Market. There was hardly any fat and hardly any carbs, but I haven’t checked, and I guess not much protein. But it was in a lovely bowl of salty mildly fishy jelly - sort of fish broth.
It cost about 4 quid.
Delicious.
