I want one!!! Maybe we can volunteer as early testers?
PercuSense will use the funding to continue development on its novel continuous monitoring system that measures both glucose and ketones on a single minimally invasive probe.

Too bad Theranos couldn’t introduce this… before its demise
Now, if someone could finally introduce a real-time insulin monitor, that would represent a big breakthrough.
I’m with you there, but a home test would probably have to involve something more easily manageable than a radioimmunoassay.
Totally agree! CGKIM: glucose, ketones, insulin monitor. Are we the only folks who ask these questions?
Alternatively, we could run people through a transporter and cross-connect to B. That might solve a lot of problems, right there.
Sure. But Klingons are so uncooperative.
Abbott recently announced the Libre Duo CGM dual glucose ketone sensor, coming on the market later this year.
I put my email into a list for a continuous ketone monitor, which you can get in a lot of countries other than the US right now. I was able to get a CGM from Sweden in 2017, many years before these became available (over the counter) for the US. Not sure why the US is always behind.
If I can get a CKM, I was planning on using both the CKM and CGM for a while. It’d be interesting to see what happens when I eat protein for instance.
But having both in a single sensor would be nicer.
If they could get even a pin-prick insulin monitor, that’s also what I’d love to have.
