Cauliflower rice made from fresh

Currently experiencing a shortage of pre-riced cauliflower in my neck of the woods :joy:.

I tried this method over the weekend. Adding some water works like a charm! Next, ricing broccoli stalks.

Nice, I’ve done it dry and hard to get uniform size. Will definitely try this.

we’ve got pre-riced cauliflower from Trader Joes and from Meijer, its really pricey for what it is…

Interesting. I usually use the food processor which is quick but will try this method.

This method rocks. So quick and surprisingly makes very uniform pieces.
