Cashew Milk

Any reason I shouldn’t be drinking this by the cupful?

Cashews on their own are typically a higher carb nut. I see no issues with this cashew milk however.

I don’t drink milk, and it only goes in my coffee or tea, so I do higher fat hwc. Cashew milk is yum though.

I drink this all the time. I actually prefer hemp milk though. This probably doesn’t have many cashews in it.

Heating it with 1 TBSP cocoa and stevia

I make almond milk frequently. You need a powerful blender, and a double layer of sheer, tough curtain material, preferably synthetic for strength. Blend the nuts, line a bowl with the material, then squeeze… . It tastes so much better than purchased, and costs much less.

I’ve also made cashew milk, but didn’t like it as much. No reason you couldn’t mix several kinds of nuts/seeds.

I mainly use it to make hot cocoa. And in the summer, freeze in cubes for quick blender ice cream, plus dairy cream, plus flavorings. and sweetner of choice.
