I hated carrots as a kid and barely tolerate them as an adult, so no temptation on keto. I even have an acronym for them. EOC’s. Evil Orange Carrots. My husband picks them out of shared dishes and spares me the torment.
It was also an acronym for Evil Orange Cats since I had a pair and they tormented my big grey boy.
