Have you tried spreading duck fat on things?

Wow, it has replaced mayo for me. I had some COLD burger patties, with a smear of duck fat.
wow… Nice.

Boy have my tastes changed. I would go for ketchup 1,000 years ago (as a kid), and later mustard.
But I want none of that. Salt, Pepper, Fat, Butter…

Duck fat is delicious. I used to dip coconut flour crackers into duck fat and eat them just like that :wink:
I wonder if that would work well with pork rinds? Potential experiement :slight_smile:

Not sure about Australia but in Canada and USA there are sauce by G Hughes and they are really good
