Do you snack at all? I find that two meals in an 8 hour window works really well for me on carnivore.
Are you tracking at all?

I’ve tracked a lot but I HATE tracking. I become obsessed with it and it becomes a stumbling block for me.
I basically eat when I’m hungry. Sometimes that’s one meal, sometimes 2, sometimes 3, sometimes 3 and snacks. I try to listen to my body, but my mind is much stronger than my body and my mind is a filthy, stinking liar. It feels like I’m always hungry. So, I guess that’s another of my goals, is to learn to listen to my body more than my mind…
My body is a liar too. I will snack all day and gain weight if I’m not strict with myself. I find two meals works really well. I used to do OMAD but I spent a lot of time waiting to eat. On TMAD I’m very satisfied.
I don’t usually track either. But it’s helpful at times to figure things out. It might be a good idea to see what your macros are right now on carnivore.
I am mainly OMAD, but l miss that second meal - only because I love keto food so much and eating in general. Even on OMAD, I find it helpful to have two meals a day a couple times a day, just to ensure that my body doesn’t get too comfortable with a predictable eating routine. Seems to work.
To be honest I did OMAD until I was about five pounds from goal. It got harder and harder though, as I got thinner. I still do it sometimes if I fail to get hungry early in the day, but it rarely happens anymore.
I don’t do well on omad. It almost always causes tummy trouble and I end up eating too much for one sitting
Guys! I’m super excited!! Only 2 weeks Carnivore/PKD and my hair isn’t falling out anymore. I’m so glad!! But I wonder why it did on keto? I was strict keto. Amazing that Carnivore/PKD is making a difference so soon.
Yayyy, that’s fantastic!!!
What is pkd exactly. I really can’t find any info on it
It’s a clinic that treats all sorts of disease states with a 2:1 by weight fat to protein ratio strict keto-carnivore diet. There is no dairy, and organ meats are a must.
Thanks for answering for me, folks. Got a furnace guy here, a daughter with a crisis, car repair guy on the phone, UGH, lol. Yes, it’s that clinic.
I don’t do OMAD on carnivore (yet). My worry is that I get full too quickly and don’t eat enough.
