yea I tried to ‘climb the carb ladder’ a few times while doing ‘old time Atkins’…never worked for me.
Induction on Atkins gave me one thing…eat all the good meat and seafood and enjoy butter etc…then the ‘little salad’ they allow…I found the little salad to be absolutely useless and not needed LOL which put me right to Carnivore.
There is not a piece of lettuce or veg I like truly. Just never needed, when I read a carb is never needed in our lifetime, one that doesn’t come from any meat/seafood/basic dairy option I thought, ditch the little useless icky bloaty salad and I thrived so much when that went away.
I so get that. Cheat with veg…why? Cheat with a ribeye or king crab legs HAHA which isn’t a cheat but tastes so much better than snacking on grass and weeds LOL
and 6 months on Carn…keep going and things only get better with more time…which is why I love this lifestyle
