Didn’t that baconaise have lemon juice in it? I think that would make it a problem for me but the idea sounds yummy. :slight_smile:

Ah yes, so it did - but no worries, because I guess an emulsion made simply from egg yolk and bacon grease would tick quite a few boxes as an accompaniment to minced beef!
