Carnivore Chili (rabbit kidney and beef)

Ingredients:

2 lbs rabbit kidney
2 lbs ground American wagyu
2 Tbs chili powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 lbs mushrooms (optional)
2 beef marrow bones
1 cup broth of choice
Salt to taste

Sous vide the rabbit kidney for 2 hours at 135 degrees and the refrigerate
Brown the ground meat in butter in a cash-iron pan while adding the spices.
Add in the kidneys and cook on medium until all hot.
Transfer browned meat into instant pot.
Add marrow bones.
Add broth.
Add desired salt.
Slow cook on more setting for 12.
Add mushrooms.
Continue slow cooking for at least 6 more hours.
Serve in a bowl.
Add hot sauce to taste. I suggest a chipotle habanero sauce.
Add any cheese or sour cream to taste.
