Tall plastic glasses and jars at other people’s places which is why I bring my stuff with me!!! Sure I find ways but I’m not up for that especially when I have what I need!!!

Day 2 of keto for me. Holy shit is this good! I can live the rest of my life without high carb pizza.

This is good but I’m really excited about the potential this recipe has. I’m not that great of a cook, yet, but this was nice, easy, and delicious.

I made this for the first time last night–and it IS fantastic! So much easier than the pizza crust I made several years ago using cauliflower. We’ll be having pizza frequently at our house!!! Thanks Carl!

I did. I just divided the dough into 4 pieces and flattened. I plan to divide by 6 next time and use my tortilla press.

Yeah, I planned on using my tortilla press. How long did you bake them or did you fry them?

I baked them. I only cooked 2 at a time, can’t remember how long but a couple minutes less and I flipped them over halfway through. I just watched them until they looked like the pizza crust.

Looks awesome. My partner isn’t KETO but loves anything I cook and he’ll eat anything I make. I think he’s going to love this tomorrow. We haven’t eaten pizza together in a couple of years.

Made last night. Double recipe and left it “hand tossed” thick. Worked out really well and the edge crust had a very satisfying crunch to it. Yum!!

It fit my 15" pampered chef pizza stone perfectly.
