Carl's Fathead Burgers

So, I thought I would make my first post by uploading dinner…

  • Make a batch of Carl’s Fathead pizza dough
  • Cut into roughly hamburger bun sizes
  • Grill burgers
  • Dress to taste (in my case: lettuce, cheese, green olives, mayo, mustard)
  • Enjoy!

I love using carlshead for bread! Grilled ham and cheese is my favorite.

Well, for a quick meal after work I didn’t think I did too bad.

I was kicking myself too when I remembered to slice some cheese after the burgers came off the grill. :disappointed:
