Carbed to the max

Good morning team!

I had a little slip up this morning and my carbs are already sitting at 20g. My fats and proteins are all good! Any recipes, food ideas, tips to keeping me on track for the rest of the day? Your help would truly be appreciated.

Still new to this and I let my cravings get the better of me this morning :pensive:

Yeah, i would just zero carb it - so meat and fat. It is worth using it as a lesson to try and plan for a better spread over the day though because protein can add up fast too. TBH though keeping the carbs as your main focus is the key thing in the early days so WTG.

Yeh definitely going to zero carb it Daisy! This is all a learning curve for me
