Will do,but in July., Or…? Dealing with too much now. Eating keto, but not checking any portions. Feel like I’ve gained. Home for 3, days. Going to fast. Kidney labs, fasted Thursday anyway.

Those spontaneous, sincere compliments are so meaningful! When my hubby @Rajseth was away for training & travel and came home, I just kept staring. I’d never seen him so skinny in 20 years of marriage. That is so awesome! You got this!
