This is to increase my Keto/IF adherence. I notice I did much better at ADF after posting about it here.
I’m REALLY motivated not to have to post a fail here. But today, I experienced #CarbCreep
- Broke a 40 hour fast (woot woot)
- Had brisket, green beans, broccoli and rabe and Pepperoni pizza toppings (and a bit of crust)
- At Whole Foods, which I’m forbidden from visiting
but I didn’t binge.
- For dinner, a Cobb Salad YUMMMMM
- 1/3 of a Ritter Sport hazelnut (I didn’t need it, just need magnesium and salt)
Back to fasting as of 6:00 pm
Thinking of doing KetoAde with no mixin tomorrow🤔
