OMG - This stuff is amazeballs. I got some today flavoured with garlic. It is <1% carbs so seems OK with my lactose sensitivity.

Runny is one of those words (especially when describing food) that just sets my teeth on edge. Moist is another one.

They could have said soft, maybe even liquid, but runny just sounds so. . . .
