Can you use instant coffee

Can instant coffee be used instead fo bulletproof coffee?

If you enjoy instant coffee, I don’t see why not. Some of Dave Asprey’s branding of the BPC centered around his fancy coffee beans, but I believe plenty of people use whatever coffee they like. Considering a few spoonfuls of instant coffee isn’t too spendy, it’d be worth experimenting with. Let us know how it turns out!

I sometimes use instant coffee when I am traveling, especially when camping. I do add butter, MCT Oil and cream to it like I do with my normal coffee at home. I don’t think the coffee itself matters that much. The only difference I notice with using instant coffee is that it doesn’t taste as good. :sunglasses:

Yes you can. I’ve only had instant coffee on keto for months now and it works great. I only drink black coffee so not sure how it would taste with butter or cream in it.
Read the labels though… as always.
