I was asked recently how I know when I am in/ out of ketosis, if I don’t use Ketostix or a blood ketone meter.
Given I come from a 10 year background of EF, I just “know” what ketosis feels like and what it doesn’t feel like.
I can just tell.
But now I’m having trouble pinpointing the feeling - I want to be able to describe it, but I’m drawing blanks.
Any thoughts?
