I’m Sarah (39) after years of following slimming world because I knew it would work (yet my weight had gone up 4 stone) I decided to follow my boyfriend’s advice and take the keto challenge!!
5 days in and I am 7.6 lbs lighter and enjoying the luxurious food!!! It is taking a bit of getting used to, eating all these ‘fattening’ foods but my body is loving it!!!
I travel for my job a lot and am currently in Azerbaijan - room service is no problem but at the events I am attending it’s a carb explosion - so I have discovered intermittent fasting already!!
I have never felt this happy!!! I honestly feel like I am in the best mood ever!! Did this happen to anyone else? Is it bevause I am eating foods my body still thinks are naughty? Or is the effect of no sugar? I haven’t as yet experienced any headaches - it feels like a miracle.
Am I alone or was anyone like this from the start?
