Can probiotics (from yogurt) increase ketone levels?

I have been testing this l-reuteri yogurt:

I usually run under 1.0 BOHB, unless I eat a lot of fat or I fast for multiple days in a row. After trying this yogurt, there might be an increase in ketones for me, as I’m now getting above 1.0 sometimes (though not all the time).

However, I make this yogurt using half and half, and this yogurt therefore acts as an increase in fat to my diet. (If I did not eat the yogurt, I would eat something lower in fat content and without dairy fat.) I know increasing fat will increase my ketones.

So, is it possible for probiotics to increase ketone levels?

PS-- The only benefit I have found yet (that I can test myself anyway) is possibly this increased ketone level. I do NOT get decreased hunger, if anything I get increased hunger; though without two of me, this is difficult to determine. As for the other benefits in that article, I either can’t test them (eg, testosterone) or I cannot tell a difference.
