I am sitting here this morning and I am just NOT hungry. So why should I eat? This is the new mindset one has to get into, because I suppose eating used to be like a habit. You ate breakfast because it was morning. But I had a cup of coffee. Does that count? I can easily wait until noon to have breakfast. ( I am retired).This might be easy. You just have to listen to your inside telling you that you don’t NEED food right now.
3 hours later-still not hungry…looks like you just kind of fall into IF by chance! LOL
