I LOVE CREAM…and cream cheese…and cheese…and creme fraiche…and sour cream. Since starting keto I’ve become a lot more in tune with my body. I’ve just become more aware of how certain foods make me feel. So I began to notice when I did have any of the above my weight loss stalled, I felt bloated and my skin broke out. I’m not sure if I have developed these intolerances because I’ve been eating a lot of things on the list since starting keto a few months ago or they were always there
On the upside though… just kidding…there is no upside
