Buying Pork Belly Online

Does anyone have any suggestions where to buy pork belly with skin on online?

How do I add a tag?

I have used iGourmet once or twice. They are very reliable.

For those that like a little extra crunch with their bacon, try Stripling’s Rind on Bacon. Today most bacon has the pork skin removed before smoking, but some customers prefer the old fashioned tradition of keeping the “rind” on the bacon.

@Howie_Levy is the Southern Rind On Bacon
uncured?

I have not ordered it but you can call 1-877-446-8763 if you have a specific questions about the Southern Rind-On Bacon by Striplings

I buy Paleo Bacon at Whole Foods (no sugar added).
Good luck, let me know how it goes. I may order some if there is no Sugar.

Some people eat bacon, no matter what. I personally eat 90% of my bacon at home (no sugar) and the rest I assume has been cured with Sugar.

Just about any grocery store butcher dept. will order you pork bellies.

@Msims I was getting it from a local butcher here in Kerrville, Tx. I could not get it from Walmart’s or HEB here. About two month’s ago I got it from the HEB at Fredricksburg, Tx but they told me they were not carrying it anymore and were not sure when they would be able to get any in. I have made a few phone calls to other meat markets around this area and I get the same answer.

Just received an email from Ashley Goss ashley@striplings.com at Stripling’s. She said “We do offer uncured pork belly. It is a special order and must ordered in advance.”
