Buttoning the Top Button

A week or so ago I was feeling a little disappointed when I measured my waistline and saw it was the same since I started keto almost 4 months ago. I pulled out my initial measurements and re-checked a few places … lo and behold I had lost 3 inches off my neck … go figure. I haven’t been able to button the top button of a dress shirt in more years than I like to think about. I just made the knot on the tie a little bigger :slight_smile:

After seeing the three inch loss on my neck I put on a dress shirt, buttoned the top button and had a little room to spare. My face didn’t turn red, my voice didn’t change, it felt fine !

Actually, this is huge. If you’re !osing on your neck, you are losing everywhere. Congrats!

I found that, just as the thickening of my neck came fairly late in my fat gain, so it was one of the first areas to thin down again. Keep on, however, and you may just find your pants falling off in due course, Rob! :+1:
