Yum! Not quite as good as when I made it with cauliflower, but a damn tasty way to eat some veggies!

Four broccoli crowns (maybe one large bunch of broccoli)–roasted in almond oil and seasonings (s/p, garlic and onion powder). Bacon crumbles. Sauce is 1 C cashew milk (or whatever you use), 2 oz cream cheese, 2 1/2 oz Kerrygold Dubliner cheese, tsp or so of dried chives. Poured it over broccoli and bacon, grated another oz of cheese on top. Cooked for 15 mins at 375, then about 8 mins at 450 to brown.

Could you replace the milk with heavy cream? That’s how I make my baked Brussels.

I think you can use whatever you prefer. That much HWC would increase carb count.
