So I got some Quest Cinnamon Crunch whey powder.
First I made the chaffle (1 egg/1/2 cup mozz 1 T powder) and ate with lakanto maple syrup and butter. It was very good.
Then, skipping the egg I went to the waffle only version of this recipe
- 2 Scoops [ Quest CInnamon Crunch Protein Powder ]
- 1 tbsp oat flour
- 1 egg, large
- 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp almond milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch Sea Salt
