Bone broth latte

I made a new drink! It doesn’t have coffee, but it is good!!

I made super jelly bone broth from cow marrow and tendons. Strained it, separated out the tendon pieces, and bones of course, and let broth solidify in fridge. I scraped off fat/marrow. I saved tendon pieces and marrow. Then I heated up about 1 cup broth on stove, and put about 1tb of saved, cooled tendon plus 1 TBS marrow/fat, salt, and blended like BPC. Omg it’s delicious. I’m drinking on an empty stomach. I need to eat in the morning, I’m still not ready to skip breakfast.

So good. It’s creamy, hot, and has a frothy head, like a latte. Nice and savory. Yummy.

This looks good! I’ve heard of people blending butter into their bone broth, but this is cool

I like the marrow in it! It’s phenomenal. My daughter and I are enjoying it with deviled eggs for breakfast.
