I’m making another batch of bone broth using my pressure cooker. I was leaving for the day so I used the slow cooking option. When I only had slow cookers I did it for at least 24 hours. Does anyone know if the nutrients are about the same either way or if cooking it under pressure might release more minerals from the bones.? I did add ACV.
I even thought of changing to the pressure cooker option to finish it. Any opinions on this?

Why not? It won’t get less nutrious cooking it longer, it might pull more out.

I wasn’t a fan of bone broth that I made with pressure in my Instapot. I much prefer the slow cooked method, but am not sure about the nutrient question.
