Hi there fellow Meat Heads!
So, here we go, will try to make it short.
One month ago the wife introduced me to the whole paleo thing and As a slowly fattening 41 year old male I thought what the hell, why not!
Everything was going well, feeling good, shedding a little weight, awesome!
Then I saw a video of people eating just meat, and I thought yup, f$&k it! I’m a man! Let’s go! Filled the fridge with shitloads of meat, threw out the spuds and stuff and got stuck in!
The spare tyre around my guts is disappearing and I’m losing weight pretty fast. However, yesterday I hit the wall hard, runny nose, weak legs, lethargic and generally feel like shite! Just wondering if this is quite normal?
