Hi Jessica
I’m no expert but I ordered a blood sugar and keton meter recently and am very happy with it. Mine is a Freestyle Precision Neo. The strips are quite expensive so I test only once a day. However it is very useful and re-assuring when the weight stalls to get confirmation that you’re doing well. It has saved me from giving up.

I use the same blood meter which also can check blood glucose.

I believe is the precision xtra in the US, but the precision neo for me here in Canada (and in Europe).
