Had 3 days off from work… first night off didnt have time to eat till 8pm… hubby and I got wings… … today soccer all day same thing didnt have time to eat… got wings again! Was 6 lbs off my big goal… now I dont know what tomorrows weekly weigh in will bring

Wings can be fine as long as they aren’t breaded or dredged in flour. Sounds like you need some go-to snacks in your purse, nuts, cheese or even a Quest-type bar. I always have something with me as an insurance policy against not having something decent to eat. It’s a holdover from the days where I would become hypoglycemic nearly every day. Rarely need to eat them now, but I know they’re there.
The only problem with wings, is that they were almost certainly deep fried in in a shitty seed oil (canola, corn, soy etc). Also if you dipped them in blue cheese or ranch dressing, that was likely soybean oil as well.
Macro wise wings are great.
Barbecue sauce is going to have a lot of sugar. Oven roasted is great. Buffalo sauce or butter/garlic would be perfect for those.
