Made a ‘keto trifle’ yesterday for my dessert (dessert for one, but shared some with a friend) to take to a potluck. It was simple and delicious! I used almond meal and melted butter to make a crumble (may make a keto pound cake next week to make a proper trifle) with some cinnamon, nutmeg, and Sweet Drops vanilla sweetener. The filling is cream cheese and heavy cream with the same sweetener (it doesn’t take much), and I added blackberries. It was just that simple! It’s layered. Remade it today so I could take a pic for social media. LOL

My kiddos will probably luv this, they really enjoy blackberries and raspberries.

Last month, i made a strawberry one to take to a postluck and it was a ~huge~ success! This time I made keto pound cake to make it like a real trifle.
