Birthday Help

#1

It’s my wife’s birthday and I want to whip up a little treat for her. I’m mostly helpless in the kitchen…ugh.

Any keto suggestions?

How about a keto cheesecake? That’s what I made for my birthday. I made the death-by-chocolate variety but there are several others. My wife wants me to make a lemon one. If you can use a spoon, a bowl and maybe even a hand mixer, and you can follow simple instructions, you can do it. Just have a few hours that you don’t have to feel rushed for your first one.

Thing about that is, you can pretty much put 3/4 of it in the freezer right away 'cause it’s too rich to eat much of it at any one sitting.

Happy Birthday!

Thanks for the idea. What’s a spoon?

It’s like a fork, only it’s solid, so that the bacon juice doesn’t fall out.

I’ve seen those in restaurants. Now I know.

#6

I made something. I hope she loves me anyway.

That’s sweet–don’t worry, she will. :bacon:

So fess up, what did you make?

#9

I made her a chocolate peanut butter cheese cake. It’s ugly but it tastes really good.

HAHAHA HAAAAAAAA HAHAHA! You sir!

#12

I made a fathead crust as well.
