Indeed. But on YT, I always see people (commenters and influencers alike) telling everyone fiber is the key for fat-loss and it’s so vital… It’s obviously not, why don’t people know that? My body was happiest on carnivore (I just want my little plant matter too in the long run… and I can’t avoid fruits at all. and I can handle a plantier, carbier diet pretty well as long as I don’t go too far too often) and fiber has the same zero effect on my satiation as volume. Oh yeah volume eating is a big thing too. And I understand it’s great for someone but they act like it would be something common for all humans…
It’s amazing how off people can be when it’s about nutrition. One would think we have so much information now that at least experts know things are individual and fiber isn’t essential… Just some people need it, like carbs. But nope. It’s virtually always volume and fiber and vegs and fruits (maybe I don’t get the right channels? but I do think this are quite common). Some influencers even think a diet without avocado and berries is a wrong diet… Wow. (I am pretty sure most humans didn’t even see an avocado before. Or not often. I definitely saw no one in my first decades…)

If you are eating a lot of meat, you might not even need to take B-vitamins. The B-vitamins found in whole foods are naturally methylated. It is the supplements that you have to worry about. I believe since I eat fairly close to carnivore, my B-vitamin levels are optimal which is why I can’t take them as supplements.
