You said a GKI of 7.9 with a Ketone reading of 2.7
GKI = Glucose/18/Ketones (If using US and not the A1C type units (european/metric))
Assuming 128 for the Glucose, I get
GKI = 128/18/0.9= 7.9
So there was confusion. The math did not work for me (I am a math minor, and I make plenty of math errors myself).
But NOW you say ketones were 0.9 (Then it makes sense, boost his ketones).
But honestly you should be striving to get the glucose below 100 as well… But that can take a while…
Supplementing works, and her ketones worked for me. I use them when I do endurance stuff while fasting… But I started with a small amount first… Then I upped it.
I get it now though…
