Oops, let me rephrase that. If your goal is weight loss, no. If your goal is something else, say cancer, possibly to yes. How much is a different story.

Agree with , it depends what your goals are. If it’s just weightloss don’t obsess over it!

As others have already said, no.
I just make sure I’m not on zero, that means there are Hidden carbs or an infection or a side-effect of medication.
The meter helps me insure I’m not going over 20 g carbs I’m happy with anything over 0.4

I never have readings above 1.0mmol
I’m too fat adapted, my body only creates what it needs
I can only surpass 1.0mmol if i fast for 3 days and even then it’s roughly 1.4 or five and i’ve had no problems losing weight
